The maintainance staff and management staff are helpful and friendly.
Were they going to just let my cat escape if I hadn't found that notice? On a separate topic they dug up the beautiful grass and put in giant, ugly, poor quality patios and call them "eco-friendly". The 20 year old appliances, poor quality windows, lack of insulation, and gaps in the exterior door frames are the opposite of eco-friendly.
